Building a Freelance Agency CRM in Public
I am R. Siraddeen, a solo bootstrapped developer from Tirupati, India. I am engineering an end-to-end CRM specifically tailored for freelance agencies and small creative practices.
Current Status: The software is actively versioned through incremental milestone builds with automated test coverage, and verified against a live database before locking each release. The application is currently in development build V20.7 and is not yet publicly launched for self-serve signups.
Completed architectural modules include the 5-stage deals kanban board, itemized invoicing with Stripe/Razorpay integration, multi-tenant workspace isolation at the database level, an asynchronous background automation engine with retries, and a scoped developer API.
